When I ordered my meal today, the receipt didn't have a barcode, how do I get my points?

If your receipt didn’t print a barcode, it might be because you used a reward for a portion of your purchase. If this is the case, your order was automatically linked to your loyalty account and your points have been added to your account already! This can be confirmed by tapping on your point counter on your home screen to see your recent activity.  If this is not the case, please snap a picture of your receipt and send to support@loyaltree.com so that we can look into it for you!

    Can't scan the barcode on my receipt and I have email you guys last week and haven't gotten any feedback from it.
