I am trying to scan an old receipt that I found in my purse but it’s saying it’s expired. What do I do now?

Uh oh! The barcodes on our receipts expire 7 days from the date of your purchase. If you run into this issue, snap a picture of your receipt and email it to support@loyaltree.com so we can assist with adding your points to your account.

    Super customer service from Mark! My points were manually added within 24 hours!!

    Sent an email to Loyaltree as suggested and never heard a word from anyone. Now I have ANOTHER receipt that won't scan. Help!

    Twice now I have not been able to scan in my receipt. 1st one for 15$ and change and now from today $17.46 (ticket # 930602109) super frustrating. What can I do?

    I'VE HAD SEVERAL RECEIPTS THAT WILL NOT SCAN & IT'S VERY FRUSTRATING! AND THE BAD THING IS NOBODY EMPLYOYED AT CHICKEN SALAD CHICK THAT'S ABLE TO ASSIST US WITH THE ISSUE! IS THERE SOMETHING WRONG WITH THE APP NOW? I HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO RECEIVE ANY OF MY POINTS! IT'S TOO MANY TO EVEN KEEP UP WITH BECAUSE I EAT THERE OFTEN!
