If you don't see what you need in the Help Center, you can easily reach out to our support team by submitting a "support inquiry" within the CravingCredits app. You can find this by tapping "Customer Support" under "More" from the lower right corner of your CravingCredits home screen. Below is a step by step guide for submitting a support inquiry, and some tips for getting the most helpful response:
Step 1) Tap "More" in the lower right corner of the CravingCredits home screen
Step 2) Tap "Customer Support" from the menu that displays
Step 3) Begin filling out the short form that will appear. To get the most help, please be specific in the subject line of the email, and be very descriptive in the "Description" field. The more specific you can be, the easier time we'll have understanding your problem and finding the solution. Below are some examples of information to include in the "Description" field:
- what kind of phone you're using and what OS it's running (eg: iPhone 6; iOS 8.2)
- screen shots of any error message you've seen
- a picture of your receipt if you need to have points credited to your account
Step 4) Be sure you choose "Chicken Salad Chick | CravingCredits Help" from the scroll menu under "Pick an app or issue"
