Having Trouble Scanning To Get My Points

If you’re having trouble scanning your receipt, please try troubleshooting through the following steps.

  • Make sure you are tapping the “Scan” button and aligning the code in the middle of your phone screen. Try holding the code at an arm’s length and slowly bringing the phone closer.

        

  • Make sure the CravingCredits app has access to your camera: check this by going to your phone’s settings -> CravingCredits and allowing camera access

           

  • Make sure you’re scanning with the 7 day expiration window. All Chicken Salad Chick receipt codes expire after 7 days, so you will receive an error message if you try and scan after that period. If you weren’t aware of this, feel free to email us at support@loyaltree.com so we can add the missed points for you
  • Make sure your profile is completely filled out: you must have a complete profile before scanning any codes for points. Complete your profile by going to “More” -> “Settings” -> “My Profile” and entering the information. Tap “Submit” after you finish to save.

         

If after confirming all these steps you’re still having trouble, please email us atsupport@loyaltree.com. Tell us exactly what happened when you tried to scan, what kind of phone you have and how many points you missed.
