What is the Difference Between Purchasing and Redeeming a Reward?

Purchasing a reward essentially moves your reward into “My Rewards” so that you can easily access it on your next visit. Note that once you purchase a reward, a 30-day expiration period begins so if you don’t know when you’ll be redeeming your reward, we suggest you wait to purchase until you’re at Chicken Salad Chick on your visit!  

Redeeming your reward is the act of pulling your reward up on your app and showing it to the CSC team member assisting you with your order. They will be able to ensure your reward is applied to your purchase!
